Revenu Québec has created My Account in order for
individuals to securely access information about their provincial tax file.
Services available in My Account:
contact Revenu Québec
change your address or phone number
request direct deposit for your tax refund
consult your secure messages
claim the QST credit
obtain information on claiming the QST credit
obtain information on claiming the credit for
individuals living in northern villages
claim the tax credit for home improvement and
renovation, or adjust a claim
To access My Account, you must be registered for
clickSÉQUR, the government authentication service, and Revenue Québec's
online services. To register for these services, you will need
your social insurance number,
the "notice number" from the top
right of your most recent notice of assessment, and
the access code assigned to you by Revenu
Québec for the current or previous tax year. The access code is
usually on a document sent with form ETI-601-V or ETI-602-V a few
months before income tax season. If you do not have a code, use
the Access
Code Info-Line service on the Revenu Québec website, or call
1-888-811-7362.
My Account Online can be accessed from the Citizens
section of the Revenue Québec website, using the My Account icon on the
right near the top of each page.
