Manitoba Probate Fees

Manitoba probate fees were eliminated as of November 6, 2020. See the Court of Queen's Bench Notice.

For a probate application made on or after July 1, 2005 and before November 6, 2020, where the value of the property subject to probate was

$10,000 or less		$70
over $10,000	for first $10,000	$70
	for value over $10,000	$7 per $1,000 or portion(0.7%)
