Access OAS, CPP and EI Tax Slips Online

With Service Canada’s online Tax Information Slips service, you can access your official Old Age Security (OAS), Canada Pension Plan (CPP) or Employment Insurance (EI) tax slips earlier, and file your income tax sooner. Your tax slips for the 2021 tax year are available online on February 1, 2022.

The "View Tax Slips" page lists your tax slips for the current year and for the past 6 years, for:

bulletT4a (P)
bulletNR4
bulletReimbursement of CPP and OAS Benefit Paid During a Previous Year
bulletT4A (OAS)
bulletT4A for the $500 one-time OAS payment received in August 2021 (this one may not be available online yet). This payment is taxable, and you will receive a separate T4A for this - it won't be included on your T4A(OAS).  The $500 will be in box 205 of a T4A, which is reported on line 13000 other income on the tax return.
bulletNR4 - OAS
bulletT4E - Employment Insurance Benefits

It is necessary to have a "My Service Canada Account" (MSCA) to access this information.  If you haven't registered for MSCA, you can do so via the MSCA web page.  This is the same page used to sign in to get your tax information slips.  It may take 5 to 10 business days to receive your Personal Access Code to register for MSCA.

The above tax slips are also available in your CRA My Account for Individuals.

Find other online services, such as online applications for CPP, and Canadian retirement income calculator, at Service Canada Online Services and Forms.
