Prince Edward Island 2025 and 2026 Tax Rates & Tax Brackets

The Federal tax brackets and personal tax credit amounts are increased for 2026 by an indexation factor of 1.02 (2% increase).

The Prince Edward Island tax brackets and personal tax credit amounts are not increased for inflation.

If Prince Edward Island used indexing, their tax brackets and personal amounts would have been increased for 2026 by an indexation factor of 1.017 (1.7% increase). The actual % increase, from the PEI 2025 Budget, is 1.018 (1.8% increase) for the tax bracket thresholds, and 1.024 (2.4%) for the personal amount.
