New Brunswick Probate Fees

Source: Schedule A of Probate Court Act of New Brunswick. Schedule A is found at the very end of the Act.

Where the value of the estate, or the part of the estate being administered is

$5,000 or less	$25
over $5,000 up to $10,000	$50
over $10,000 up to $15,000	$75
over $15,000 up to $20,000	$100
over $20,000	$5 per $1,000 or portion(0.5%)

There may also be some court fees payable.
