Quebec does not charge probate fees, but there are
court filing fees to be paid. The fee for verification of wills is
increased for inflation on January 1st of each year.

This pdf file shows in s. 15 that the court fee is $243 for verification
of wills (vérification de testaments - scroll down to #8) effective January 1,
2026, increased from $237 for 2025.
